Intensive Executive Development Program for Managers

Today's dynamic business environment requires a strong management team. Our Intensive Executive Development Program (IEDP) addresses this need.

The IEDP concentrates the best practices and coaching techniques we've learned during our more than 25 years of executive development consulting. Participant's dramatically improve their abilities in key areas like decision making, delegating, emotional maturity, bias for results, visioning and many others.

  • Designed for high-potential, fast-track managers and execs who want to dramatically accelerate their development
  • Combines validated self-assessments, 360° performance feedback, and individual coaching for maximum, rapid application
  • Requires input from participant's manager to insure targeted development areas are addressed

Working Relationship Enhancement

The greatest barrier to positive, productive, on-the-job relationships is an inability to handle conflict effectively. Workplace conflict is to be expected, not ignored. When ignored resentment and hostilities increase negativity effecting everyone.

The constructive airing of interpersonal conflicts with a skilled facilitator reduces anxiety, and enhances productivity. This highly personal service is custom designed based on the specific needs of the individuals. Our process typically includes:

  • Self-assessments that build self-awareness of individuals' impact on others
  • Personal debrief highlighting strengths and blindspots with a facilitator
  • Triads (relationship dyad and facilitator) to develop more effective relationship behaviors

This process can also be expanded and adapted for executive teams and work teams.
