Ron Ernst

Ron is a full-time executive development consultant, seminar leader, and speaker. His book RealTime Coaching is the basis for his executive development workshop that has been attended by more than 3,000 managers. He has appeared as a guest on radio programs across the nation and has made more than twenty keynote speeches. His work has been profiled in such publications as CFO, Nation 's Business, The Indianapolis Star, The Arizona Republic, Entrepreneur Magazine, The Indianapolis Business Journal, Indianapolis Monthly and Indianapolis CEO.

Ron's methods include a variety of awareness building tools, self-paced learning, and regular dialogue meetings. Currently, Ron is president and founder of Leadership Horizons, an executive development consulting company founded in 1983. Previously, Ron was an Executive Vice President for a consulting company that is now a division of Price-Waterhouse. Over the years, Ron has taught at Indiana University , Capital University , and Franklin University . He also served on the boards of numerous family owned businesses.

Ron received his business degree from Indiana University and his MBA from The Ohio State University. He is Reality Therapy Certified by the William Glasser Institute and is a Certified Professional Analyst in behaviors, values and attributes by TTI, Inc. In his spare time Ron enjoys golfing, reading and relaxing in northern Michigan . Ron has taught high performance driving skills and during his recent sabbatical was a chef in a gourmet Italian restaurant.

Carol Ernst

Carol is a Partner with Leadership Horizons. She specializes in coaching, team building and personal effectiveness programs with a particular emphasis on building productive, effective and satisfying working relationships. She is also the lead facilitator for their company's RealTime Coaching™ training program. Her work with individual clients helps them discover their heart's desires and experience it through their work. Her tools are compassionate personal dialog and insightful self-awareness building profiles. The awareness Carol stimulates in her clients may surface deep personal beliefs that are blocking growth and development. Through skilled dialog she helps her clients begin making the changes they seek in their lives.

She is a reikki healer and is trained in the Pilgrimage healing process™ which she uses in her local church, St. Luke's United Methodist. She has been involved in the Spiritual Life Center at St. Luke's since it's inception, and currently serves as its Chairman.

Carol has had a variety of experiences both in for-profit and not-for-profit organizations. Her business experience includes being an apparel buyer for L.C. Ayres and a Designer and Sales Associate for Corsi Cabinets. As a Marriage and Family Therapist she has worked in private practice and as an outpatient therapist in the St. Vincent 's Health Network.

Carol has a BS in Merchandising and an MS in Marriage and Family Therapy both degrees are from Butler University . She is also a Certified Professional Analyst in behaviors, values, attributes by TTI Performance Systems, Inc. She lives in Fishers IN with her husband Ron, her business and life partner. They both have a desire and intent to help others by learning and growing, beginning with themselves.
